Please initiate the return within 30 days of receiving by contacting us at contact@maunastudio.com. Include the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.

Once the return is approved, please ship back the unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 5 days. Please include all shipping materials (tissue paper, jewelry box, pouch, care cards) to receive the full refund. Mauna Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
