Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. USPS standard shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days for international deliveries.

MAUNA STUDIO offers worldwide free shipping. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days for international deliveries. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim within 20 days of the last shipping update. After 20 days, the request will be denied.
